Colorfully Bananas
Life is a canvas, paint it your way!
About the Artist
Hi, I’m Laura Morrison—a painter, intuitive, and energy translator based in British Columbia. Through my brand Colorfully Bananas, I create vibrant, textured, joy-saturated paintings that speak the language of feeling and frequency.
My art is guided by spirit and fueled by color. Often, I don’t start with an image—I start with a sensation. A glowy feeling. A texture. A spark. I see energy in layers, movement, iridescence—and through paint, I give those frequencies a form that others can feel too.
Color has always been my first language. My work is bright, sometimes surreal, and unapologetically alive. I draw inspiration from nature, dreams, the divine feminine, and the ongoing ascension of human consciousness into something more connected, more heart-led, and more whole.
I believe we’re here to remember. To feel joy. To create beauty. And that art can help us do all of that.
My collectors are creatives, feelers, stargazers, and healing hearts. My paintings live in homes, healing spaces, therapy rooms, waiting rooms, and anywhere someone needs a little lift—a reminder that color is medicine, and beauty is sacred.
When I’m not in the studio, I’m a mom, a nail artist, a paint party host, and a co-creator of this new Earth we’re all building. My art isn’t just for walls. It’s for souls.
