How are my journals and coloring books made?
All journals and books are printed on demand through Lulu, a professional book printer. Each book is freshly printed just for you.
Who ships my order?
Your journals and books are shipped directly from Lulu.
Postcards or any bonus items are shipped separately by me from my studio in Canada.
Why do items arrive in separate packages?
Because Lulu prints and ships books from their nearest print facility, while postcards and handmade items come from me. That means you may receive 2 packages.
How long does delivery take?
Lulu typically ships within 3–7 business days + postal delivery time.
Postcards are mailed within 2–3 days from purchase.
Do I get tracking?
Lulu orders include tracking (varies by region).
Postcards are shipped by standard mail unless otherwise stated.
Holiday Cutoff
Orders placed after December 20th may not arrive before the holidays.
What if there’s an issue with my book?
